Bradley answered his phone on the first ring. He had the battery I needed in stock and in his car. He gave me a price over the phone, was equipped with a card machine and was at my house literally within 5 minutes. Bradley is an absolutely star. He's been very helpful with providing detailed information regarding battery specs which other people do not normally do and communication is on par.
